About the organization
Center for Research and Sustainable Development Nepal (CREASION) is a not-for-profit organization that was established in 2005. Since it was founded, CREASION has been a leader in environmental protection in Nepal through recycling, research, emergency response, grass-roots and circular economy related interventions. CREASION also houses innovative, impact-based projects as well as a learning center for youth. CREASION’s work is majorly centered around four thematic areas; Environment and Sustainability, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Youth and Volunteerism.
Key Responsibilities
As an Admin Intern, you will:

Administrative Support
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including maintaining records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during discussions.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.

Data Management
- Organize, input, and analyze data related to ongoing projects and operations.
- Ensure proper handling of confidential and sensitive information.

Logistics Coordination
- Assist in managing office supplies and maintaining inventory records.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and other events.

Program Support
- Work closely with other teams to provide administrative assistance for ongoing projects.
- Support in creating reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for admin-related matters.
- Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Educational Background: Undergraduate students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes:
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
